More Joy

More Joy is a deep and delightful quartet of local artists performing folk, country, and blues with a foot stomping beat. From fierce ballads to passionate anthems, More Joy delights Oakmont audiences time and time again.

Band members come with a world of geographic and musical experience.

Iris Harrel, singer/songwriter, brings a little bit of North Carolina and Virginia with country, gospel, and the Beatles fueled from her youth.

Ann Benson’s childhood in Texas planted her Martin guitar and a musical passion into local coffee houses, restaurants, and concerts, delighting audiences with folksy ballads. Especially sad ones.

Chris Fin juggles upright bass and mandolin while singing harmonies with her Sonoma County friends.

Deborah Knapp is a classically trained pianist with detours into accordion and theater.
