Jazz is a music genre that originated in the United States and is recognized as a major form of musical expression in traditional and popular culture. Focusing on one major jazz artist each week (Louis Armstrong through John Coltrane), from the perspective of a jazz musician and a jazz historian.

Pete Estabrook is a graduate of Berklee College of Music and California Institute of the Arts. He is a long-time instructor at SRJC and has served as an adjunct at Sonoma State University, Napa Valley College, and Pacific Union College.

Lifelong Learning will be following all state and county COVID guidelines. Masks are required in OVA facilities. PROOF OF VACCINATION WILL BE REQUIRED.
